How we process, dispatch and deliver your order.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
After dispatch, delivery within India normally takes 4–7 working days.
Delivery to remote areas or difficult serviceable locations may take additional time.
Any applicable shipping charge is clearly displayed on the checkout page before you place your order.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to you by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Delivery may be delayed due to the courier company, weather, public holidays, natural events or other situations beyond our control.
Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address, mobile number and PIN code. The company is not responsible for delays caused by a wrong or incomplete address.
If the customer is unavailable, does not receive the phone call, or multiple delivery attempts fail, the parcel may be returned. A re-shipping charge may apply to the customer.
If the parcel looks damaged, opened or tampered from outside, please take a photo/video before accepting delivery, or refuse the parcel.
For any wrong, missing or damaged product claim, an uninterrupted unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel is required.
An order is considered delivered once the courier tracking shows "Delivered" status. If there is any issue, please contact our support team immediately.
