Yes. From Account → Settings, scroll to Delete account. We retain order history for tax/legal reasons but personal contact details are removed within 30 days.

Orders can be edited or cancelled from your account dashboard within 1 hour of placement. After that the warehouse has begun packing and we cannot intercept.

7 days from delivery for any unused product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and warranty cards intact. Products with tampered serial numbers, physical damage or missing accessories are excluded.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return and go back to your original payment method. Bank posting times vary; allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.
